I thought this assignment was a lot tougher than what I thought it was going to be. I observed Palmeri Plaza. I tried to use the map that we got in class but I think I would change it because the area I was observing was too small on the map. I think it would be easier to just draw the area by hand or have a smaller scale. Another thing that was tough was trying to record what people were doing one was it difficult to judge and too sometimes there too many people at one time. Making symbols of the most common activities and tallying was good but when it more people showed up for class change then it got tough. maybe making a line of the most common paths would be beneficial. Or maybe its something that needs to be done as a team because it can be a lot of work for one person and have the people on the team stationed at different spots in the observing area.
